  Recently planned and held a military ball event with this location. The planning went smoothly and the staff is very attentive to the details you wish to have for your event. Furthermore, they are willing to work within your budget, and still deliver a wonderful experience. The day of there was plenty of staff to help setup, and the food/drinks exceeded expectations. I highly recommend planning your next event through this location, ask for Amy to be your event coordinator!

  Hello,
  I wanted to share my experience with my recent stay. I never really write reviews unless I have a really bad experience, which this unfortunately was. It started with my room key not working when I got upstairs. This is not a big deal I understand this happens. I called down and someone brought up 1 key (not two which is unusual). When he approached the room I said Hi I take it you have me key and can let me in. This is where it got bad. He looked at me and said "no but you can let yourself in." I was really shocked.
  Later on in the night I got back to the hotel pretty late around 4 am and the front door was locked. My key wasn't working for some reason. I waved the front desk down through the glass and they just looked at me. Finally someone came over and said what do you need? What's your room number? It was just really weird. The whole stay was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I'll never stay here again. Just flat out rude people.
