  Have had the worst service from this dealership on a few occasions. The first experience I had was when they gave me a loaner and it had no insurance and was pulled over by a NYS Trooper wanting to remove the plates almost leaving me stranded at 8 months pregnant.
  
  When I call they never answer the phone or return phone calls hence why I booked it online. I called today to see if I could drop my car off the night before and get a loaner. I was told no they have no loaner's available due to management change and the person on the phone from service was rude. I listed this on the website when making my appointment. Shouldn't someone have called to tell me this, especially since it is 35 minutes from my home. My husband and I have both have Acura's and have spent a lot of money with this dealership. I will take me business elsewhere where they value customers and make sure to let others know before purchasing from them. Buyers Beware!
