  Meticulous attention to detail and focus on functional strength/stability greatly sets TrainSMART apart from the rest of the fitness industry. If you're looking for a place to just focus on getting huge or that shredded beach body; this is not the place... But if you are looking for a clean, private facility with educated professionals that will take a real interest in your health and well-being, then you will absolutely love it here.
  My personal experience, well, for years I have struggled with chronic low back pain. I was medically discharged from the military and had been taking a myriad of medications trying to manage my pain. After just 2 weeks working with Joe and Brandon, I was off all pain medication. After 5 weeks, my back is pain free and we're working on SAFELY progressing me to a program where I can regain my strength and get back to the things I enjoy most. I honestly believe that if I had met Joe Fox 4 years ago I would still be in the Army today. These people are masters of their craft. They love what they do, and I know they can help you too!
