  The store manager, John, doesn't appear to be happy working there anymore. Called to do a mandatory insurance vehicle inspection, was told no appointments, walk in.
  
  Walked in a couple days later and John asked if I had an appointment with attitude...ha! He seemed annoyed and had an attitude throughout my experience being there. I initially greeted him politely and asked how he was. "Well the day is almost over." He responded. He didn't even return the question.
  
  Would avoid taking any of my future business to Carubba now.

  Guy was extremely rude to me when I went in to get an easy photo done for the new car insurance I just received..very huffy and puffy as well as the other review I just read(probably the same guy) .. granted I didn't have an appointment ..but literally nobody was in the shop, he seemed mad that he actually had to get up off his butt to do something. I even apologized to him if I was "bothering him" and he just ignored me. I never write reviews on anything but this guy is a horrible employee who shouldn't deal with the public.
