  I love this store! I've long rented once a month at various times and, even at its busiest, everyone there is so polite and cheerful. I've seen them go above and beyond to help customers, no matter what the concern may be. My rental is always clean, mechanically sound, and perfect for whatever errands I have to run. Very nice and professional!

  The pick up of the vehicle went smoothly. When coming to drop the vehicle off I waited 20 minutes before an employee even spoke to me. The employee who handled my drop off was sitting at a desk and no one spoke to me for that time until another customer can in. The customer service was terrible and no one made an effort to take care of business.
