  I am presently living in California and own a house in Buffalo. My tenant called last week to tell me the heater wasn't working and I called my old neighbors to ask if they knew of any reputable companies that I could call. I was a bit nervous using a company that I'd not heard of and being so far away that I couldn't follow through on things in person. I spoke with Debbie in the main office and they said they were not able to get anyone to the house on the following morning so they accomodated me by getting someone to the house that eve, without charging me extra, and fixing the problem in less than an hour ... and charging only a minimal fee for the work ... wow! Not only are they prompt and professional, but they are honest and fair in their pricing!!! I will recommend this company to everyone I know back in WNY!
