  I'm glad I switched doctors office to Hertel Elmwood Internal Medicine.... They are very professional, caring and understanding of personal needs. I highly recommend Hertel Ellwood Internal Medicine to any one looking for a new clinic.

  This place is a joke. The attending drs never check the resident drs work. The staff never answer the phones. The staff can not complete referral faxes or paperwork in a timely fashion. Starting doses of meds are wrong and diagnosis are as well. Do yourself a favor, find a different office to go to with drs who listen to the whole issue and staff who are competent. Your health is worth it.
